Yooooo, what's happening. Idk about you, but I love reiki videos. I'm not a believer, but I do believe in relaxation & placebos, and whoo buddy does reiki do some relaxation via placebo. This video is all about unhealthy attachments, whether it is habits or people. We've all something that isn't super good for us that we can't quit, so this is aimed to help ease the process of you cutting the cord with any unhealthy attachments.

During the face brushing portion, the sounds were a little intense so I turned down the volume on that portion, so it'll be softer than the rest!
