So, I've been going through a lot lately. Depression and anxiety often take over my life. I didn't want to film today.. even though I ALWAYS feel better after. So I forced myself. This was originally suppose to just be a haircut. But, as many of you know, I do all of my videos improv. When I started the video, I went with the flow..

Recently, I saw a video on Facebook of a girl who hadn't touched her hair in months, because she was suffering from depression. Tears instantly flowed when I found out why her hair was like that, and how relatable it was to me. It's almost as if once I saw the matted hair, I could just tell. It broke me, because we all are going through something.

So in today's video, I'm going to be fixing your hair. It seems to have been damaged a bit from depression. That is OK. You don't have to say a word, let's just sit back, relax, and spend some time together. Because depression sometimes makes it that you want the attention of a friend, but it's so hard asking them to come over, as you don't want to talk, or move. It's nice though, to have someone just sit with you and say nothing sometimes. I hope you all enjoy this video, I felt so much better after I filmed it.
