00:50 Cozy Visualizations for Sleep
Ear to Ear ASMR Visualizations of a cozy evening in a forest cabin (Halloween and Autumn cozy vibes) to make you super relaxed and sleepy. It includes lots of different sounds like rain, wind, birds, fire crackling, wood scratching and more, I tried to make it very immersive so you can really imagine the ambiance and coziness.
It's in soft spoken voice with ear to ear close up whispering for extra tingles.
I highly recommend that you listen to this video with your eyes closed, so you more easily imagine the cozy autumn journey and fall deep asleep!
Hope you enjoy!! 🤍

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
PLEASE NOTE: Even though ASMR can help you relax, it is in NO WAY a substitute for medical/psychological counsel, please reach out to your doctor if you're in need of medical support.
