I shot a cooking video for the first time in a year.
I could not shoot well.
This is not ASMR.
There is noise. I put music so that I do not mind.
Please use it for work music if you like.

1年ぶりに料理動画を撮りました。
久しぶりだったからか、画も音も うまく撮れなかったので ASMR表記はしておりません。
ノイズもあるので、BGMで ごまかしました。
よければ 作業用BGMに お使い下さい。
次は 頑張ります。チキン南蛮作ろうかと検討中。
