Today, I will be relaxing you with finger flutters and repeating comforting phrases, such as "it's okay" and "everything is going to be okay". This video is in the style of up close personal attention with ear to ear whispering.
Just a quick note: this was filmed whilst I was on my travels, so I improvised with a makeshift setup. However, I still hope this hand sounds / finger fluttering video is calming and comforting! Please relax as I whisper you to sleep!
