Hey Beloved,

I've been getting the messages and I've seen the comments about some of you having a hard time with a recent break up. I've been there a few times myself and I'd like to offer you a different perspective. I really hope my words will assist you in some way. Big Hugs. Love you loads.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.

It's like visiting a hairdresser.. Do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing? Yes? OK..watching an ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.

Common Triggers:
Listening to someones voice & the way they talk
Soft spoken voices & certain accents
Hand movements
Watching someone focus on a task
Any type of Roleplay that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing, haircut etc..
Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a person's ASMR...everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
