ASMR | calming you down, relax with me ❤️ | Calming Anxiety

Hey Guys :D

It`s this time of the season! Some love it, some don`t. I know these days can be overwhelming for everyone so I made an ASMR Video to calm you down! I stepped far out of my comfort zone but I loved the filming! I hope you enjoy this ASMR as much as I do. Please let me know what you think (and excuse any grammar/pronounce mistakes I made, english is not my first language :D ).

In this video I try to calm you down by breathing, making you a cup of tea, chatting, tapping, giving you a mic massage, crinkly teabag sounds and eating some happy candy!

Please note that if you`re feeling unwell always find someone to help you! Whether it`s your friend, family, supervisor,... You are not alone and you are loved! ❤️
