Today I'm eating french fries chips and pikliz.

I bought them at a grocery store, Trader Joe's in Los Angeles.
They are gluten free, have very low sodium and have no cholesterol.

It's a fun side dish my mom used to make for us on Sundays. Very popular in Haiti. There are different ways you can make it but the main ingredients are: cabbage, onions, carrots, green pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, lemon, salt, any hot pepper of your choice or chili pepper and any vinegar. I like to add Olive oil, Cayenne pepper and cilantro (because I'm extra hehe).
