Holding Our Feelings Before God

Lately I’ve been wondering what emotional intelligence looks like through the lens of faith. We often talk about trusting God, but what if part of that trust is learning to notice our emotions with curiosity instead of fear? Today I’d love to reflect on Proverbs 16:9 as well as other scriptures, and what it might mean for the way we navigate ordinary life.
