ASMR - Reset for the New Year ☀️ [plucking, hand movements, follow the light]

Hi everyone, and happy new year! (a bit late, but still)

We are starting 2023 by taking the time we need to reflect, and reset. In this video, we will be gentle with ourselves and try to let go of what doesn't serve us anymore, and focus on protecting our inner peace.
The ASMR triggers you will get mostly soft-spoken voice and close-up whispers, light-guided breathing exercises, follow the light exercise, instructions to follow, personal attention, hand movements and vision block as well as some negative thoughts plucking and pulling / snipping.
