Usually, I always put some kind of cream or oil on before I do anything! I just love oils ๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ถโ๐ซ๏ธ๐
so.. yea... before I go on a Walk, do yoga, or Eat Breakfast I place some oils on and brush my teeth! ๐ฆท
