Hello guys! Whenever I post these type of videos I do like to disclaim that I am not trained in any energy healing! (I do want to learn someday!)
Anyways, I went through a period of pretty bad brain fog— nothing felt right—life felt upside down. (I’m sure many can relate :/ ) so I hadn’t posted as frequently as I wished.
But I am feeling so so so much better now! Just going through some personal lessons & growing experiences currently, but I do hope to upload more frequently. Please always feel free to drop ideas!
