You are beautiful at any age, inside and out! Stop holding back on living the life you love because of a two digit number! It’s not important. Don’t let the toxic patriarchy brainwash you into feeling devalued over a two digit number! 🤦‍♀️ You are a soul, a being of light beyond the restrictions if this 3D world. You are far more than just a number!

The cells in your body are continuously regenerating. They regenerate based on what you choose to put in and on your body and they regenerate through frequency, positive or negative. So be mindful of how you talk to others and yourself. Speak kind, empowering words and not spiteful words that are designed to bring someone down. What you put out you will receive.
