This is the first video in my new 10 Minute Reiki & Meditation series focusing on psychic attack removal. You can play this video as many times as you need to. 🥰🧘‍♀️💕☮️

Signs of psychic attack include: feelings of sadness, anxiety, stress or depression that may come on suddenly and are difficult to shake off. You may struggle to feel motivated or creative. You may experience aches and pains, or a headache that lingers for a long time, particularly around the third eye area. You may become frustrated, angry or aggressive with no reasonable explanation. You may have some dark thoughts or dreams.
You could have some physical pain in the heart or your heart chakra could be blocked. You may start receiving negative behaviour or comments from other people - anything to bring you down. The obvious sign is that you will just know it intuitively because something will not feel right.

The good news is that it can be dealt with and released. The more of a high vibrational state you ascend to, the less likely this energy can reach you. Even if the energy is coming from the closest people around you.

Taking a deep breath in filling up every cell in your body with purifying white light and as you exhale releasing any darkness and tension you hold in parts of the body and mind.
