☔ CAMERA TOUCHING E MOUTH SOUNDS, PERSONAL ATTENTION, PUTTING YOU TO SLEEP, ASMR WITH RAIN SOUNDS

Welcome back sleepers!

A warning for you that LIKES rain sounds: THIS VIDEO IS FOR YOU.
If you like sleeping with rain sounds, I added a rain sound to yesterday's video for you to hear in the background, while watching the visual triggers.
I love to sleep listen to the rain sounds, especially if is a cold night.

But if you don't like it, I left a card in the video with this version without the rain sounds ;)

The video has a very dark look, just like the others, so you can sleep without a white light on your face. I use my hands and make a few touches on your screen, as if it touches your eyes or your face, I also make some mouth sounds that accompany the movement of the hands and some words that bring the tingly sensation to you.

I tend to search for longer asmr videos, as I am too slow to "fall asleep" or even to use at work to concentrate. So, thinking about it, I decided to make only longer videos, so that you don't have to worry about "Wow, the video will end soon and I'm not even sleepy yet" (hahaha).

Plus, visual triggers are among my top 5 favorite triggers. I love them SO MUCH and I always watch ASMR videos with this theme to sleep. Visual triggers are so comfortable for me that I call them a “visual lullaby”.

I hope that I have managed to bring mouth sounds and hand movements that will make you relax. This is one of the triggers that makes me feel calmer, especially in times of intense anxiety and stress.

Enjoy this moment, turn off the lights, get comfortable, watch this 1-hour video and get the best sleep you could have.
