[ASMR] Positive Affirmations & Thoughts (Close Up Whispering)

Hello everybody :)
I hope you enjoy this video. I decided to take the time to write down some thoughts that I like to repeat to myself and dwell on, especially when I'm feeling negative or down. Let me know if you like it :)

In a general order:

It’s okay
You have the potential
You can be kind
You can be successful
You can be happy
You are safe
You are open to new and wonderful experiences and changes.
You are surrounded by calm
Today is a new day
All is well
Choose to forgive — choose to release any negativity, resentment, or pain.
It’s wonderful to enjoy the simple things
It’s wonderful to appreciate what you have
You can learn from mistakes
See the good in others, show your goodness to others
Take care of yourself. It’s okay to take care of yourself. It’s smart to ask for help.
Nourish your body with healthy food.
Appreciate a deep breath and how air feels in your lungs
Surround yourself with peaceful people and be kind to one another.
Become more and more at ease every day.
Don’t be afraid to smile. Get your sleep. Exercise if you can.

Then at (9:53) I do some repetition of positive words, like "good, perfect, okay, wonderful" :)

Side note, I find that I get a lot of comments and messages about using ASMR for anxiety, depression, and more. I can totally relate with that, and ASMR is an awesome outlet for those things.
