Throat Chakra Healing & Activation | 20 Minute Reiki ASMR | Communication & Authenticity

Here is the 7th video for my 20 minute reiki series. In this video we are focusing on the 5th primary chakra, Vishuddha or the ‘Throat Chakra. ‘ 💙

The throat chakra represents all communication, authenticity, articulation and expression. It resonates with the colour blue. When functioning correctly the throat chakra helps you to speak your truth confidently and clearly.

An imbalanced throat chakra may manifest as difficulty expressing how we feel, ignoring our inner voice, trouble listening to others or absorbing information through auditory channels, throat, neck or shoulder problems.

The following may help with balancing, healing or opening up the throat chakra:

Breathing and neck exercises
Neck massage
Singing or chanting ‘hum’
Meditating with the colour blue
Wearing more blue clothing or jewellery
Giving your voice a rest and drinking healing liquids.

Healing foods and liquids include coconut water, herbal teas, raw honey and lemon. Fruit that grows on trees such as pears, apples and plums. Fruits that are blueish purple such as blueberries and blackberries and flowers/herbs such as frankincense, geranium, jasmine, sage, peppermint, eucalyptus, clove, tea tree and lavender.
