Yes, I see the white pieces of plush on my turtleneck... Other than that, I thought this could be a good idea for those of you who enjoy ASMR while working or studying. I see your comments, many of you like ASMR to focus. Maybe this pomodoro session will help!

So, focus, study or work with me for 25 minutes and then I'll reward you with breaks of 5 minutes of personal attention ASMR.

I left out the intro audio and made sure to get the timings right, so you can loop the video if necessary. Note that after 2 hours of work, you get 15 minutes of break time, not included in this video.
