How To Stop Procrastinating

In this video I am going to show you how to stop Procrastinating in 6 steps.
We all Procrastinate from time to time but when it starts to get in the way of life, your opportunities, relationships and mental health, it is time to do something about it.
In this video I am going to show you how to tackle Procrastination, seize the day and move forward. Here are the highlights:
1. Work out why you are Procrastinating. Are you predicting a negative outcome if you do what you need to do?
2. What is the likelihood of the negative outcome that you are predicting actually happening?
3. If this negative outcome did occur, how would you deal with it? If know how you would deal with the worse-case scenario, every other eventually becomes a walk in the park.
4. Make a plan by breaking down the task into manageable parts and schedule a time to get stuck in.
5. Before you start, plan a treat for when you finish
6. At the scheduled time, take a deep breath and put one foot in front of the next.
Afterwards make sure you make a mental note of how you started finished and managed the fall out.
