I just came back from my light therapy this morning (second day; I'm now waking up at 7:00am on my own accord. What is this) and I was thinking about what I do, personally, to keep my own discomfort in place. These thoughts rather help me make sense of it all, to see past just 'feeling bad' and give things a name and meaning.
