ASMR Plucking Away Negative Thoughts & Stop Hating Yourself !!!

hello everyone (´･ᴗ･ `) today i really wanted to talk about the effects that social media is having on the way people see themselves but i also wanted to try out a reiki video but because i wasn’t sure how well the reiki thing would go i just kinda combined it w a huge ramble about how a lot of things you see online are fake LMAO it’s a MESS !! i hope i don’t come across as too nasty and harsh to those who do plastic surgery/use facetune but to me i just think it’s a never ending cycles of more insecurities and more and more people changing the way the look to impress others... ANYWAY i start my failed attempt at reiki plucking at 22:25 & the links to the channel i mentioned and the instagrams are don’t below! i’d also recommend watching Louis Theroux’s “Under The Knife” episode, I’ll also post link to that on Netflix too!
