Hello my wise wontons, today's ASMR session will be a little bit different as it's geared for a morning meditation, although it's still structured so it can be used at nighttime for relaxation or sleep.
I'll be taking you through a guided meditation for self confidence, full of lots of deep breathing and positive affirmations to get you geared up and ready to tackle your day! I'll be brushing your face and also doing a few reiki triggers to cleanse your energy as well. I'll be softly speaking throughout with a bit of whispering ear to ear.
