Hello my honourable hominids, I wanted to do something a little bit different today, so we're going to be doing a session designed to ease you into your day! This video can also be used at nighttime as a sleep aid/ASMR still.
We'll be starting with a simple guided meditation to ground you and set some intentions for the day, as well as some deep breathing exercises. Then we'll do a little face massage in real time to start waking you up nice and slowly, and finish with choosing a positive affirmation to hold onto for the day. I'll be softly speaking throughout, as well as brushing your face, and some gentle hand movements.
