For you who, like me, love visual triggers mixed with mouth sounds (it works 100% to make me sleepy), especially if they are made close to the camera, my eyelids get very heavy every time I put it to watch hahaha. I mainly use it when I want to relax or if I've had a hard day. I focus my attention on the movements and can reassure myself quickly.
