Hey there :) Let's test your ability to focus and tune out distractions. As best as you can, switch off from everything else other than what I tell you to focus on. Includes lots of whispered repetition, hand movements, hand sounds, light triggers, and face brushing, done at a semi-fast pace. Personally, I love videos like this to help take my mind off things. I hope you find it relaxing!
