Restore Balance: Reiki ASMR for Mind & Body Connection Before you Sleep
Advertisement
This one isn't a roleplay, it's a real energy healing session. Watch this right before you sleep to re-connect your mind and body for a deeper, more restorative rest. I am trained in traditional Usui Reiki traditions, but for the purpose of this Reiki ASMR session, I let go of all training, formalities, or static hand gestures and I move completely intuitively. Gently guiding you to return to your own being. For the gentle rain sounds version go to 25:10
Sometimes the most profound healing happens when we strip away the visual noise, allowing for the most simplistic, rhythmic flow, guided by the body's own intelligence. Enjoy this nervous system reset ❤️ and somatic practices.
