Hello, and welcome to my channel! I saw this bottle the other day, and I had to buy it. It was so pretty, and sounds sooo good. So I made a gritty textured scratching trigger assortment to incorporate the bottle. I will definitely be using this again in another ASMR video. This video consists of deep scratching on a variety of gritty items. Ear to ear triggers with rode mics!

Do you like gritty scratching like this one? Check out my other gritty ASMR videos:

There are more, apparently I REALLY like gritty scratching! haha :)

Fun fact about the painting. I bought it at Walmart for 10 dollars when I was a teenager back in 2001-ish? It was above my bed throughout my teenage and early adult life, and always found it so pretty and comforting (the soft pink colours). I love how many of you find the sound comforting from the previous videos I used it in, so it warms my heart that is has comforted us both! :)

How do I define ASMR?

ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).

Why do I make ASMR?

ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.

The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!
