نووايت والأقزام السبعة أو بياض الثلج والأقزام السبعة (بالإنجليزية: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)‏ هو فيلم رسوم متحركة أمريكي، أنتجته شركة والت ديزني في العام 1937، يُعد الأول من نوعه عالمياً كفيلم رسوم متحركة طويل.[16][17][18] أنتِج في 21ديسمبر 1937 بهوليووود. الفيلم مُقتبس من قصة بياض الثلج لالأخوان غريم التي ظهرت في عام 1812، وهي قصة تعود جذورها إلي التقاليد الأوروبية. إذا لم يكن، علي عكس ما يُزعم كثيراً أول فيلم رسوم متحركة في تاريخ السينما، وقد أحجبت سنو وايت والأقزام السبعة الشهرة عن سابقيها بسبب أثرها الشديد علي جمهور الولايات المتحدة والخارج؛ وذلك بسبب عمل العديد من الفنانين من ديزني. يعتبره الكثيرين من أبرز الأعمال، ويعتبر الفيلم علامة بارزة في الرسوم المتحركة وأيضاً السينما حيث الابتكارات التقنية والفنية المتقدمة والمستخدمة في هذا الفيلم. وتعود ميزانية إنتاج الفيلم نحو 1.48 ميلون دولار أمريكي، ويعتبر رقماً قياسياً في هذه الفترة. وكانت أرباح الاستثمار الذي حققته الشركة المؤسسة من قبل والت ديزني كبيراً وذلك أيضاً في أول عرض للفيلم مما يجعل الفيلم يكون قد حقق نجاحاً لا يمكن إنكاره.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is a 1937 American animated musical fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Productions and released by RKO Radio Pictures. Based on the 1812 German fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm, it is the first full-length traditionally animated feature film and the first Disney animated feature film. The story was adapted by storyboard artists Dorothy Ann Blank, Richard Creedon, Merrill De Maris, Otto Englander, Earl Hurd, Dick Rickard, Ted Sears and Webb Smith. David Hand was the supervising director, while William Cottrell, Wilfred Jackson, Larry Morey, Perce Pearce, and Ben Sharpsteen directed the film's individual sequences.

‏ هي تقنية استرخاء اشتهرت مؤخرا، وتتمثل في التنميل والوخز الخفيف الذي يتولد في مؤخرة الدماغ ويمتد للعمود الفقري والأطراف، نتيجة التعرض لمؤثرات سمعية وبصرية معينة، فيعطي الإحساس بالمتعة و الاسترخاء التام، وهو أمر يختلف من شخص لآخر.

وتوضح بعض الاستقراءات النظرية في الموضوع أن الأشخاص المصابون باكتئاب أو آلام مزمنة يستطيعون أن يظهروا تحسناً مؤقتاً في أعراضهم المرضية، بعد تعرضهم لظاهرة أي أس إم آر التي عرفت انتشاراً كبيراً في السنوات الأخيرة على وسائل الإعلام والتواصل المعروفة وفي مقدمتها موقع يوتيوب، حيث يلجأ العديد من الأشخاص لعيش هذه التجربة الحسية الغريبة والفريدة كالتخلص من الضغط اليومي للعمل، التقليل من نوبات القلق أو الخوف، التخفيف من صداع رأسي، ال استرخاء الفوري للمساعدة على النوم بشكل هادئ وطبيعي بدون التعاطي لأي حبوب مهدئة ولا مضادات اكتئاب.

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. A genre of videos intended to induce ASMR has emerged, over 13 million of which had been published on YouTube by 2018.

Whispering
Psychologists Nick Davis and Emma Barratt discovered that whispering was an effective trigger for 75% of the 475 subjects who took part in an experiment to investigate the nature of ASMR; this statistic is reflected in the popularity of intentional ASMR videos that comprise someone speaking in a whispered voice.

Auditory
Many of those who experience ASMR report that non-vocal ambient noises performed through human activities are also effective triggers of ASMR. Examples of such noises include fingers scratching or tapping a surface, brushing hair, hands rubbing together or manipulating fabric, the crushing of eggshells, the crinkling and crumpling of a flexible material such as paper, or writing. Many YouTube videos that are intended to trigger ASMR responses feature a single person performing these actions and the sounds that result.

Personal attention role play
In addition to the effectiveness of specific auditory stimuli, many subjects report that ASMR is triggered by the receipt of tender personal attention, often comprising combined physical touch and vocal expression, such as when having their hair cut, nails painted, ears cleaned, or back massaged, while the service provider speaks quietly to the recipient.
