#sleepclinic #doctorroleplay #Scottishasmr Hello and welcome to the Scottish Sleep Clinic!
So I hear that you have been experiencing difficulties falling asleep? Okay, I understand. Let me give you a quick medical check up and whilst I record your heart rate, let's go through some asmr triggers together to see which ones you respond the best to. I will be relaxing you with the following triggers for sleep: slow tapping on glass, glass scratching, quick / fast tapping on soap, rubbing moisturising cream, writing sounds, personal attention, hand movements, spoon circling a mug, water sounds, page turning with finger licking and notebook spine scratching...
I hope this video can help you relax, sleep and provide you with some stress relief. Please take a moment to sit still, relax, clear your thoughts, and enjoy this video.
I also would love to hear you thoughts on the dark starry background. Feedback has generally been good with regards to my black backgrounds, so I welcome any comments. Thank you!
