Relaxing Energy Cleanse and Balancing, with ASMR, Audio

Happy Halloween! Hope you enjoy this little relaxing audio session to calm you down, cleanse and balance your energy, and put you in a nice frame of mind. I've been very busy and have run into a few obstacles from a technical perspective, specifically I need to get a new laptop.

This could be used during or before meditation, to help with sleep, to release stress, to center and ground, or simply as a relaxation tool.

While I work these things out I hope you enjoy this little video to let you know I am thinking of you and wishing you well. XO. Definite tripped over my words a bit but it comes from the heart and imho that what matters most.
