Chakra is the Sanskrit word for wheel; considered energy vortexes along and surrounding our bodies. Each chakra vibrates at it's own level, the root/red chakra being a lower vibration and crown/violet/white being a higher vibration.

In this video I speak on the seven primary chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown) and share with you how one might be feeling should your chakra(s) be over on under energized.

I also share some very basic ways to keep your chakras balanced. There is always inner and external work for us to accomplish in order to expand as spiritual beings.
