Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You've come in today for your routine ear cleaning. Dr. Cozy has asked if she could use your ears to teach one of her interns how to do ear cleanings and since you've consented, you'll be getting both of your ears cleaned at the same time today! Just, try to be patient with Megan; she's spent her internship mostly doing research so far and doesn't really know what she's doing.

What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
