ASMR 1 Hour Fast Tapping No Talking

ASMR Sound Waves
Published 3 years ago

1 hour of fast tapping with no talking. I use varying speeds with the pads of my fingers and my short natural nails, and some setting and breaking the pattern for good measure.

I've included a preview and time stamps so you can either pick and choose your favorites or you can just let it play as you fade off into a blissful sleep. Or maybe I'll keep you company while you work, game, or study! This video is for you - so it's up to you!

I'd also like to welcome all of you new subscribers - whether you've stumbled upon this channel or you saw my Gibi Speed Date segment (THANK YOU GIBI!!), I'm so glad that you're here! Please let me know if you have any requests or recommendations - I'm always open to listening. Thank you for joining us!

I also want to say thank you for being patient with this upload. My laptop crashed and I had to order a new one. That one came defective so I had to go out and get yet another! I've been so so so antsy to edit and post this video! I'm SO glad that I can film and edit again - I knew I enjoyed this, but not being able to edit or record for a week or so made me realize just how much I NEED it right now! I love it! And I'm so glad that some of you are loving it, too! :)

Thank you again for joining us and for your support!

What is ASMR? Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. To me, it's a really cool sensation that some of us get in response to some auditory (sound - whispers, tapping, hand sounds) or visual triggers (hand movements, watching someone focus, draw, paint, etc. or personal attention). For some it's a tingling or vibrating feeling often felt in the head, neck, shoulders, and/or back, and can change based on different triggers. It can feel like a brain massage or just a relaxing feeling all over.

Many people use ASMR to sleep. I use ASMR mostly for work - it helps me relax, block out distractions, and focus (usually, sometimes it's a distraction, but at least it's a relaxing distraction!) I've tried to use it for sleep, but I end up actually staying awake because I love to listen to it and can't help but watch. BUT, I hope my ASMR helps those of you who use it for sleep, just as much as it helps someone using it to just relax, zone out, destress, focus, or bring down some anxiety.
