Shiatsu Stretch Session - Release the Tension [ASMR][Soothing Music]

Come join me as we do some stretching to help ease any aches or pains. Shannon joined me the other day to shoot some asmr videos, but before we began she really wanted a good stretch.
So we filmed that too because stretching is a huge part of my practise and in reality if you book a session with me expect some if not alot of stretching to happen....
The reason we stretching is incredibly beneficial to the body, we as humans are designed to move but sometimes we become so stuck our bodies forget how to move this leads to pain...one of the things i found to help release tension and pain is stretching so inbetween working meridians and pressure points i stretch lots of lovely stretches some big some small but always feel amazing....
