How to relax your mind and body ? I think asmr is great for anxiety disorders, sleep disorders and panic attacks. relaxing calm environment safe natural. I love the asmr community what it as done for others thank you. I highly recommend asmr even for sleep disorders I suffer from insomnia here and here and asmr somehow can relieve some of my tension before bedtime.

I'm very passionate about helping others and very devoted as I was a support worker helping children with mental disabilities and it was vey rewarded brought me joy that I can help others. When I make asmr videos it puts a smile and joy because I want to help you as best as possible.

Remember Ignore The Negativity and focus on your own self goals because why stress over someone else if you mind your business and focus on you will achieve happier state.
