Welcome to another vlog during advent ✨ In this vlog I take you with me to a studio session in the amazing Sundlaugin Studio with the band Issamwera, as well as making some pine smudge sticks at home, and some ornaments for the christmas tree. My name is Sunna and I am an Icelandic singer-songwriter/composer, and healer. I do ASMR healing videos, and throughout December I'll be vlogging (vlogmas style). This summer I got diagnosed as autistic (at 28) and me vlogging is partly to contribute to my unmasking journey. So just know that I will talk about autism from time to time, I will talk about my experience and how things are going with that, as well as my burnout recovery (resulting from masking my autism traits and too much stimulation in daily life). I am recovering and am having so much more energy than this summer when I was at my lowest, so my health is getting better and better.
