ASMR a lollipop dummy thing, a foot, a noisy pigeon and a lot of silliness

This is about as me as you will ever find...and not in the slightest bit planned but at least I wasn't sitting in the wet patch (read further) and I got a few licks of sweet candy. It would have been longer but there are limits to my patience, putting up with a pesky pigeon on top of the chimney and trying not to fall back off the window seat in fits of giggles. Apart from moving to go to the bathroom and do the bare minimum, this is where I spent my day; an hour in a queue to get through to a receptionist at my local GP's surgery, who, after a lengthy conversation with her asking me one of the most ridiculous questions of all, 'do you know what is wrong with you?' Of course, I have an idea but that's why I want to see the doctor and because there are levels of pain that I find unbearable. Apparently, I will received a call on Monday, when, if I am lucky, a doctor will decide if my problems warrant an actual appointment or any further treatment. I find this to be utterly deplorable. I understand that things have been busy with the C word but I have waited for over four months to make this phone call and it's not as if I am someone who complains about little niggles. People still require medical attention and there is no excuse. The rant over...it was, despite my enforced rest, a positive day for tackling computer chores, paperwork and even getting the chance to paint my nails and send an entire cup of coffee into the air and down again. I also managed to repair a door handle that has been on my list of jobs I need to do but have been selective about doing...because they are fiddly and I'm good at getting distracted by crumbling window casements and leaky roof tiles.

Belated birthday wishes to the beautiful Ms Horan. Many happy returns my sweet. Thank you for always being a joyful, caring, sweet and thoughtful soul. You make a difference and your presence here is beyond appreciated. I send you oodles of love and gentle Annie hugs and a jam sandwich cake.

As for the video...it was just a lot of me, being me...with the usual disturbances of vermin, people in the house doing people type things and me trying not to pull my hair out.
