Friend Calms You down during a Panic / Anxiety Attack - soft spoken, visual ASMR role play

As some of you may know I had my first panic/anxiety attack the other week. I had tried to look up ASMR videos to help me but it didn't yield any results Some of them even made me feel worse with the specific questions they would ask XD

So I wanted to make a video that would Actually WORK, at least for me. You will see that I specifically avoid statements like "it'll be okay" because for me and my on struggle with mental health those sayings have only ever guilt me or made me feel more negative about a situation. It's okay to feel like the world s falling apart and you don't need anyone downplaying your emotions. I could go on forever about my thoughts on this as well as the other word choices I made throughout this video but we would be here forever.
