Hello Love,

Today's guided meditation includes deep breaths, tapping on a small plastic crayon box, and some grounding questions about what you're feeling and seeing. I ask these questions to help you relax, focus, and feel more present in the room, in your body, and in your mind.

We've also added an oil diffuser for a bit of extra white noise, let me know in the comments if it's helpful!
