Welcome to this weekโs Sunday Slowdown โจ
Todayโs video is very low energy and very gentle. Weโll start with a soft, soothing chat to help us settle, and then Iโll hold quiet space for you to meditate with me in silence for five minutes.
During the meditation, youโll hear the rain at my window, calming music, my breathing, and other soft background sounds. Thereโs nothing you need to do. Just be here. Let your shoulders drop. Let the week soften.
This is a space to prepare for whatโs ahead without pressure or planning. Just presence. My hope is that you leave feeling calmer, steadier, and more grounded. ๐
So get comfortable, lower the lights, and letโs slow down together.
