In today's ASMR roleplay I will be calming you down during a panic attack-I hope it may be relaxing to anyone who struggles with panic attacks or may even be a helpful resource point as I suggest some strategies for coping throughout-
What I Cover:
* Breathing techniques
* Grounding techniques
* Positive affirmations
* Writing sounds towards the end of the video because I LOVE the trigger

To be clear I am a Social Worker with LIMITED experience working with real clients (at least for now). I make these videos in part to practice my skills so please do not take what I say as top-tier professional advice- These are resources I was able to find online just like anyone :)
