Recipe -
Ingredients Needed:
2 IB Ground Beef
1 Large White Onion (Diced)
1/3 Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 Can of Goya Tomato Sauce
2 Cans of Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes (Original Recipe)
2 Cans of Red Kidney Beans (or any beans of your choosing)
*Add a half to 1 cup of water (depends on what consistency you prefer)
*I eyeball my seasonings*
Chili Powder (capful)
Onion Powder (capful)
Garlic Powder (capful)
Celery Salt (capful)
Cumin (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Brown your ground beef on medium heat and then add your onion and pepper. Sauté those ingredients together. Then add your seasonings. Once all the seasoning are nicely mixed together then add all your canned ingredients(tomato sauce,stewed tomatoes and beans. Mix well and turn down the heat to low and let simmer for 25-30 minutes. Mix Chili from time to time to ensure it doesn't burn in the bottom of the pan. *ADD Water if needed.
