Hello Everyone
I am so excited to finally start sharing content that will help you manage your insomnia, anxiety and depression as it did with me .
I discovered ASMR last year when I was going through a rough patch. I had to come back to my home country from my University due to covid 19 and had to study online . I naturally fall asleep when I'm not supposed to ...like in class or long meetings😂. So you can imagine how the adjusting of the online classes went. I would sleep for those hours and be awake the rest of the day. lol . (even at night when I had to sleep)
By some mystical power, I came across this lady who made weird sounds and visuals and it somehow soothed me . It's now almost going onto a year that I've been listening to asmr and my sleeping patterns have IMPROVED.
I still have the insomnia, but once I put these weird sounds on I sleep like a baby. I believe in this so much that i thought to start my own channel.🙂
