[ASMR] Energy Healing, Pulling, and Sound (soft spoken)
It's been long, I know ♥️ This last year was a lot for me. The biggest thing was that I uncovered multiple really horrific memories from childhood that I had suppressed and I've had a really hard time integrating and processing them. I am doing much better now, I've had an amazing support system and I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now. I do want to put a light TW - I briefly mention SA and physical abuse somewhere in the middle of this video, but I don't go into it nor talk about any details. This video is just our usual cozy, relaxing and tingly ASMR Energy work session ✨ But I did want to mention it.
In this mixed ASMR energy healing session, I help you regulate your nervous system, ground your energy body, and flow to you tingly Reiki and healing energy. I use my trusted andarra alchemy singing bowl, some incense, one of my koshi chimes, and my nut shell bracelet which has been lost for years - but I actually found where to buy another one last year:) I also sing a tiny bit but will do that properly in another video.
