In the last few days, I've been thinking about how I "made myself"
sleep when I didn't know ASMR, and I remembered one thing:
countdown.
I always used this "method" to sleep and at a certain moment,
even with insomnia, I lost myself in the count because I was
almost asleep.
So I hope this method works for you too!
In this video, I use a tingly whispering asmr ear to ear, asmr countdown for sleep.
Some hand movements and mouth sounds, a little bit of ASMR PLUCKING, finger fluttering, camera touching, and a lot of hand movements.
