Our first time playing with sponges and water in this ASMR space. I also had these cute little spacemen that I cleaned in the water and pulled out with tweezers. Enjoy!

I listen to ASMR every night when I fall asleep. My absolute favourite triggers are personal attention, brushing, scratching and I like random subtle sounds. For example, if I'm waiting for my facial at the SPA to start and my ASMRist is fiddling with lotion bottles and washing hands, that does it for me every. single. time!

What are your favourite triggers?

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
