Welcome to this blissful yoga nidra sleep meditation with only a soft ASMR voice that for some may trigger a pleasant ASMR relaxation response that leads to deep relaxation & peaceful sleep. This is a no music meditation to help create a more quiet restful experience for the listener all with the intention to help relax deeply and sleep soundly. This Yoga Nidra Meditation is followed by a sleep meditation journey where you will float on an over sized lotus flower on a calm stream as you float and drift into a sound peaceful sleep. You will hear a gentle babbling brook in the background (very softly) to help you feel like you are really there in this beautiful space in nature. You will feel safe guided by Joanne's soft voice that many say trigger an ASMR response when they listening to her. Her gentle soft voice is described by many of her listeners as a comforting soothing female voice to fall asleep with. Hope you enjoy this quiet restful yoga nidra and sleep meditation!
