What is autonomous sensory meridian response (asmr) ?
ASMR is a mix of gentle audio and visual stimuli to create a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. It is best experienced with headphones! It can create a sense of relaxation of state of mind or a sleep aid.
