I was honestly quite doubtful at first that guided meditation was something I'd want to delve into in my ASMR content. Then I kind of accidentally ended up incorporating it into one of my recent videos and realized that visualization meditation specifically is not only something that feels quite natural for me, I truly enjoy it as well!
