The intention for today is to create a sense of calm in the household for ourselves and for our animals that reside with us--animals pick up on energies as a way of survival, and if tensions are high, they can become stressed just like us...and we cannot forget to send the loving vibes to our animal family members as they are an extension of our heart and Soul.
